Our KookyTwo studio will closed for a mini festive break from Thursday 21st December, re-opening Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Orders are very welcome while closed, and will be processed from Tuesday 2nd January 2024, with a 3-5 day production time.
While our studio is closed for our festive break, we will be monitoring emails should you have an enquiry or query. (With the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day).
Please also see our FAQ's and Delivery page for information to assist you should you have any queries about a recent purchase. We appreciate there have been some considerable delays with the postal system, which unfortunately are completely out of our hands. Should a parcel not arrive at all, then we will expect to receive it back to our studio as per our return address which is on every order.
Unfortunately guaranteed delivery requests will not be accepted while we are closed.
