We understand some people are experiencing delays in packages arriving via Royal Mail due to volumes going through the network. Unfortunately this is completely out of our hands. Items are arriving, they just might take a little longer. So we please ask you to be patient with the postal service and we truly hope your parcels arrive in good time.

(for us to send by the Royal Mail last Tracked 24 posting date Wednesday 20th December)

Orders received after these dates up to Midnight Wednesday 20th December will be made and shipped by end of Thursday 21st December, orders within these dates are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Orders after these dates will be made and shipped when we re-open on Tuesday 2nd January, see full details here.

**Orders placed by the last order dates outlined, will be dispatched as per Royal Mail's recommended last posting dates. Once they have left our studio, KookyTwo can not be held responsible if parcels do not arrive by these guaranteed Christmas delivery dates. Please order as early as possible to allow plenty of time for your parcel to arrive and do get in touch if you have concerns with delivery.

FESTIVE BREAK INFO
Our studio will be closing for a short period over Christmas & New Year, from Thursday 21st December, see full details here.

While we take our festive break, orders are welcome and those received from Midnight Wednesday 20th December to Monday 1st January, will be made and shipped once our studio re-opens on Tuesday 2nd January, see here for full details.

Royal Mail does an amazing job to keep businesses running, but they can experience overwhelming demand and some deliveries can take approx 5 to 10 days LONGER to arrive. This is completely out of our hands.  Please feel free to contact us regarding any delivery queries. Thank you for shopping with our small business.

Jewellery is made to order, with orders being dispatched within 3-5 business days from order date.

Christmas returns / exchange policy: Orders received for the period 1st December to 31st December, we will allow exchanges / returns up to 31st January 2024, exclusions apply as per our policies found here.
