All items are sent via Royal Mail, from our Hampshire, UK studio. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched. See here for key information before placing your order.


If you have selected LOCAL PICK-UP we will be in touch with collection details once your order is ready.


Most of our jewellery is especially made to order, by hand in our Hampshire studios.

We begin to make your order the following business day* after we receive it. We aim for orders to be dispatched within 1-3 or 2-5 business days from order date, for our standard delivery options. If selecting 1st class tracked these orders will be prioritised with 1-3 business day to dispatch.

Once dispatched estimated delivery times apply from dispatch date, not from order date. Please see delivery timeframes below.

All UK orders over £40 are shipped for FREE with Royal Mail 2nd Class TRACKED delivery.

STUDIO PROCESSING TIMES:

1. Jewellery is especially hand-made to order and packaged by us.
2. We begin to make your order the following business day after you place your order.*
3. Orders are shipped within 1-3 or 2-5 business days.
4. Additional shipping time applies once order is dispatched. Please allow a possible 1-2 weeks from placing your order to when you receive your lovely jewellery.
4. While working to the above timescales, we always aim to dispatch from our studio, as soon as possible.
5. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
6. If you require an order urgently, please contact us here to discuss, and we will do our best to help.
7. Once your order has left our studio, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
8. Orders placed during sales or promotional periods will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.

    PROCESSING CUT-OFF TIMES:
    1. Orders placed Monday to Friday, will begin their processing journey the next business day.
    2. Orders placed on weekends will begin their processing journey the following Monday.
    3. Once your order has been processed, the item is dispatched and delivery times are outlined below.

      If you require express delivery please get in touch. Note this is subject to customer confirming availability to receive order on a specified day. KookyTwo will email customer at time of order. Item will not be dispatched until customer has confirmed. KookyTwo cannot be held responsible for returned packages if customer is not available to receive via express delivery service.
