Royal Mail does an amazing job to keep businesses running, but they can experience overwhelming demand and some deliveries can take approx 5 to 10 days LONGER to arrive. This is completely out of our hands.  Please feel free to contact us regarding any delivery queries. Thank you for shopping with our small business.

We understand some people can experience delays in packages arriving via Royal Mail due to volumes going through the network. Items are arriving, they just might take a little longer. So we please ask you to be patient with the postal service and we truly hope your parcels arrive in good time.

• UK - Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked - Order by MIDNIGHT Wednesday 17th December*

• UK - Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked/Signed For  - Orders received with this postage selected and by MIDNIGHT Sunday 21st  December* will be made and sent by end of day Monday 22nd December which is the Royal Mail last posting date for 24Tracked for Christmas Delivery.

• Rest of World please shop via our ETSY store.

Orders received after these dates up to Midnight Sunday 21st December will be made and shipped by end of Monday 22nd December, orders within these dates are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Orders received Monday 22nd December to Friday 2nd January will be made and shipped when we re-open on 5th January, see full details here.

Once they have left our studio, KookyTwo can not be held responsible if parcels do not arrive by these guaranteed Christmas delivery dates. Jewellery is made to order, with orders being dispatched within timeframes outlined at time of selecting postage options.

Christmas returns / exchange policy: Orders received for the period 1st December to 31st December, we will allow exchanges / returns up to 15th January 2026, exclusions apply, such as  made to order / custom / personalised pieces, as per our policies found here.
