Here at KookyTwo we love to work with our customers on bespoke designs and special requests for additional charms. Please only add to basket if you have agreement from KookyTwo.

Please get in touch via our chat or contact us here to discuss your request. We will then advise accordingly on which option to select.

This item must only be added to basket after agreement from KookyTwo has been given.

+ Contact KookyTwo to agree on next steps
+ KookyTwo will review request and respond within 24 hours
+ Agreement from KookyTwo is required before adding to your basket
+ Please add full details of requirement to notes area with clear instructions/details as discussed with us regarding what we've agreed to do.
+ Once order is received KookyTwo will work on request as agreed
+ If jewellery returned for exchange / rework this is done so at the customers own risk, and we always recommend obtaining proof of postage or sending via a tracked service.

CHRISTMAS LAST ORDER DATES HERE

If you need an order by a specific date, please get in touch to discuss.

Our jewellery is especially made to order, by hand in our Hampshire studios.

We begin to make your order the following business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) after we receive it. We aim for orders to be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days from order date, during busy periods please allow up to 7 business days.

Need an order urgently? Please message us to let us know when you need it by and we will do out absolute best to help!

All items are sent via Royal Mail, from our UK studio.

Delivery - UK Orders

Once dispatched estimated delivery times apply from dispatch date, not from order date.

Order overs £30 qualify for FREE 1st Class Delivery, unless alternative shipping option has bee selected at time of placing your order. Shipping upgrades are available, please select at time of placing your order. (This does not speed up our dispatch timeframes).

International Orders

If you are outside of the UK please shop with us via our Etsy shop here.

KookyTwo are not responsible for any delays once dispatched. We can only advise customers on the timescales given by Royal Mail.

All KookyTwo pieces come with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.

Should your jewellery suffer a breakage, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution is found.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, breakage, tarnished items, general wear and tear, stretched items or lost and stolen items.
