KookyTwo Repairs and Restring Service
Handmade jewellery is made with love and great care. Our jewellery comes with a six month warranty from date of purchase, which covers any faults that may occur within this period. Items covered under warranty are repaired free of charge.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, breakage, tarnished items, general wear and tear, stretched items or lost and stolen items.

Repairs outside of warranty period:
We appreciate accidental damage/breakage may occur at times, and we are here to help. There is a small charge (plus p&p) for repairs outside of our warranty period, and cost is dependant on type of repair required.
Restringing service
Over time, a loved bracelet or ring can stretch, and you may wish to have it restrung. There is a small fee of £5 per bracelet or ring for this service (plus P&P).
Please get in touch via our chat or contact us here to discuss the service required. We will then advise accordingly on which option to select.
Repairs and Re-string take about a week from when we receive the item back in the studio. Repairs are subject to stock availability.

+ KookyTwo will review request and respond within 24 hours
+ Agreement from KookyTwo is required before adding to your basket
+ Please add full details of requirement to notes area with clear instructions/details as discussed with us regarding what we've agreed to do
+ Once order is received KookyTwo will work on request as agreed
+ Jewellery returned for repair/restringing is done so at the customers own risk, and we always recommend obtaining proof of postage or sending via a tracked service.

If you need an order by a specific date, please get in touch to discuss.
Our jewellery is especially made to order, by hand in our Hampshire studios.
We begin to make your order the following business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) after we receive it. We aim for orders to be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days from order date, during busy periods please allow up to 7 business days.
Should your jewellery suffer a breakage, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution is found.
