      Our jewellery is especially made to order, by hand in our Hampshire studios.

      We begin to make your order the following business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) after we receive it. We aim for orders to be dispatched within 2 to 5 or 2-3 business days from order date, during busy periods please allow up to 7 business days.

      Need an order urgently? Please message us to let us know when you need it by and we will do out absolute best to help!
      All items are sent via Royal Mail using a TRACKED service, and are dispatched from our UK studio.

      Delivery - UK Orders
      Once dispatched estimated delivery times apply from dispatch date, not from order date.

      Order overs £40 qualify for FREE Tracked48 Delivery, unless alternative shipping option has bee selected at time of placing your order. Other shipping upgrades are available, please select at time of placing your order.
      International Orders
      If you are outside of the UK please shop with us via our Etsy shop here.

      KookyTwo are not responsible for any delays once dispatched. We can only advise customers on the timescales given by Royal Mail.
      All KookyTwo pieces come with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.

      Should your jewellery suffer a breakage, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution is found.

      The warranty does not cover accidental damage, breakage, tarnished items, general wear and tear, stretched items or lost and stolen items.
