Our jewellery is especially made to order, by hand in our Hampshire studios.
We begin to make your order the following business day after we receive it. We aim for orders to be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from order date, during busy periods please allow up to 7 business days.



All orders will be sent using 2nd Class Delivery, unless alternative shipping option has been selected at time of placing your order. Shipping upgrades for 1st Class or Signed For Delivery are available, please select at time of placing your order. (This does not speed up our dispatch timeframes).


All KookyTwo pieces come with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. Should your jewellery suffer a breakage, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution is found.
