Gift vouchers are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at the checkout. Our gift vouchers have no additional fees. It is not possible to apply discounts on gift vouchers.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Our jewellery is especially made to order, by hand in our Hampshire studios.
We begin to make your order the following business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) after we receive it. We aim for orders to be dispatched within 2 to 5 or 2-3 business days from order date, during busy periods please allow up to 7 business days.
Should your jewellery suffer a breakage, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution is found.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, breakage, tarnished items, general wear and tear, stretched items or lost and stolen items.
