What is Kooky Rewards?
Kooky Rewards is our way of thanking all of our loyal customers. You'll earn Kooky Points for shopping with us and supporting us from sharing with friends to following on social media and contributing to our community, to be exchanged for rewards, by being part of our KookyTwo loyalty rewards program. 

How do I join?
Sign-up and create an account with us by clicking on our "Rewards" button at the bottom of our website page. You will be automatically enrolled to Kooky Rewards and receive 200 Kooky Points. If you already have an account with us, log in using your details and your 200 points will be waiting for you.

The FAQs:

1. How do I earn points?
You will earn Kooky Points each time you shop with us and when you complete other activities, such as following us on Instagram and liking us on Facebook. See your points dashboard for ways you can earn. Note: Even as a guest you will earn points, although you will need an account to redeem points.

2. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Enjoy shopping with us and earn as many as you can!

3. How do I view my Kooky Points balance?
When you are logged in to your account you will be able to view how many Kooky Points you have accumulated and how to redeem them at the top of your Kooky Rewards dashboard.

4. How do I redeem my Kooky Points?
Once you have earned enough Kooky Points you can exchange for a gift voucher code to be used towards your next purchase with us. Log into your account and select the ‘Ways To Redeem’ option on your Kooky Rewards dashboard, then select which reward you would like to redeem and you will be given a gift voucher code to use at the checkout. Codes cannot be used with another discount code and only one Kooky Reward can be used per order. Gift vouchers will be subject to a minimum purchase amount.

5. I completed an activity but didn't earn Kooky Points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

6. Will I still earn points if I already follow you on Instagram and like you on Facebook?
Yes absolutely, please still select these options to earn Kooky Points on your Kooky Rewards dashboard so we can authorize this and confirm that you do follow us on Instagram or like us on Facebook. We will then reward your account with the relevant Kooky Points. Please allow 5 working days to make the appropriate updates.

7. What happens if I return an item that I used a reward to purchase?
If a Kooky Reward was used to place the order which is then returned we will reinstate your reward.

8. I don't have an account, but have earned points, can I redeem them?
No. You will need to register for an account and sign-up to Kooky Rewards on our website to use your points.

9. How long are my Kooky Points valid for?
Your Kooky Points do not have an expiry date, however KookyTwo can change this at any time, and you will be notified via email. Kooky Points will be removed for any item returned for a refund.

10. Can I use my points at the checkout?
No, you will need to claim your reward on your Kooky Rewards dashboard to get a coupon code for you to use at the checkout.

11. I have multiple store accounts or email addresses I use, can they be combined?
We offer a one time complimentary account merge. We will put all of your points under the email address of your choosing. After the complimentary merge, we are unable to combine any other accounts.

12. How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be removed from our loyalty rewards program. We will remove you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

13. What happens if I leave and wish to join again?
Just contact us and we will add you back to the loyalty rewards program. However, your points total will begin from zero.

14. How long are my Kooky Points valid for?

15. How do I refer a friend?
Log into your account and open your Kooky Rewards dashboard. Scroll to the bottom of your “Refer Your Friends” panel and here you can share a link to your friends via Facebook, Twitter or Email.. Plus you can copy the link and send via your own method. The person you refer must be a new customer to KookyTwo and you can't refer yourself. Your friend will be sent a code to use at checkout which will give them £5.00 off their first order with us. Once they have placed their order you will then be emailed your code for a £5 discount off your next order as a thank you for referring a new customer to us. Please note each order must be a minimum order total of £25.00 and you can only use one discount per order and this can’t be used alongside any additional discount code or Kooky Rewards.

16. Why did my account balance go down? 
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
