      Dispatch

      Our jewellery is especially made to order, by hand in our Hampshire studios.

      We begin to make your order the following business day after we receive it. We aim for orders to be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from order date, during busy periods please allow up to 7 business days.

      We send our items Worldwide. All items are sent via Royal Mail, from our UK studio.

      Delivery - UK Orders
      Once dispatched estimated delivery times apply from dispatch date, not from order date.
      All orders will be sent using 2nd Class Delivery, unless alternative shipping option has been selected at time of placing your order. Shipping upgrades for 1st Class or Signed For Delivery are available, please select at time of placing your order. (This does not speed up our dispatch timeframes).
      Delivery - Outside of UK Orders
      KookyTwo are not responsible for any additional postage/courier/overseas tax charges upon delivery, or customs delays which may occur (these could be for up to 45 working days).
      KookyTwo are not responsible for any delays once dispatched. We can only advise customers on the timescales given by Royal Mail.

      All KookyTwo pieces come with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. Should your jewellery suffer a breakage, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution is found.
