We send our items Worldwide. All items are sent via Royal Mail, from our UK studio.

+ All our jewellery is especially made to order. It's processing journey begins on the next working day after receiving an order, with a production to dispatch time of 1 to 3 business days. Please see processing and delivery timeframes below.

All UK orders over £20 are shipped for FREE with Royal Mail 2nd class delivery as standard. Orders over £65 are shipped for FREE with Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery.

International orders have a standard delivery charge. Orders over £80 are shipped for FREE with Royal Mail tracked shipping.

    STUDIO PROCESSING TIMES:

    1. All our jewellery is especially hand-made on receipt of order
    2. Processing time is 1-3 working days, from the next working day after receipt of an order. (Excludes weekends and UK public holidays). With the addition of shipping timescales, please allow a possible 1-2 weeks from placing your order to when you receive your lovely jewellery.
    3. While working to the above timescales, we always aim to dispatch from our studio, as soon as possible.
    4. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
    5. If you require an order urgently, please contact us here to discuss, and we will do our best to help.
    6. Once your order has left our studio, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
    7. Orders placed during sales or promotional periods will have a 5-7 day processing time.
      PROCESSING CUT-OFF TIMES:
      1. Orders placed Monday to Friday, will begin their processing journey the next working day.
      2. Orders placed on weekends will begin their processing journey the following Monday.
      3. Once your order has been processed, the item is dispatched and delivery times are outlined below.

        1. Here are our prices for postage and estimated delivery times, once your order has been processed (Processing time: 1-3 working days).
        2. Timescales are intended as a guide only, once your order leaves our studio, it's in the trusted hands of Royal Mail.

            HELP! ORDER SHIPPED, BUT NOT YET RECEIVED:

            In the unlikely event an item does not arrive within the delivery timeframes, we'll do everything we can to help. Please contact us at the soonest opportunity.
              Please note: Replacements or refunds will be dealt with after 4 weeks have passed from shipping date. This allows time for postal delays or items being returned to our return address via the postal system.
