We are still open and making up all your lovely orders.
We wanted to reassure you how we are operating in these challenging times.
Update Wed 6th Jan 2021 - With the announcement of the latest UK lockdown, we are reducing our trips to the post office. This will not impact UK orders, as these will be dispatched as per our normal process, see here for our processing and delivery policy.
International orders will now be sent once a week on a Friday, to reduce our trips to the post office.
We are an e-commerce business located in private buildings, (we even work in different buildings) and our stock is held in a room not open to the public. This enables us to continue to be open while taking extra precautions like:
- Social Distancing
- Regular sanitation of work surfaces and hands.
- Wearing protective gear like masks when making trips to the post office
- All local collections must be conducted briefly, outside of the building and at a distance. Please message us if you would like to arrange a local collection.
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not put at any additional risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Out of stock items:
If an item is out of stock, please bare with us we are working hard with our suppliers to replenish stock as soon as possible. Please contact us for the latest information. Unfortunately replenishment issues are out of our hands, but we can happily add you to a list to receive notification once back in stock.
Please be aware while the Royal Mail are continuing to provide the best service possible, under the current circumstances with Covid-19, delivery delays may occur. We appreciate your patience with this and we advise you to please see Royal Mail website for most up to date information.

Returns / Exchanges:
If you receive an item and you would like to exchange or return, but you are in self isolation due to illness, and therefore unable to get to the post office, please contact us so we can work with you.
